Would you hire you?

I just wrote a resume for the first time in eleven years, and it’s a humbling process. Not long ago, the startup I founded was hiring. I looked at lots of resumes. I had other people looking at resumes for me. So now, if I look in the mirror and am honest: If my CV appeared on my desk — I’d have passed.
